The WA Mining Club is an incorporated association in accordance with the Associations Incorporation Act (1987) WA.
As such it is governed by a set of Rules of Association that outline its constitution and objectives, its powers and membership and committee and meeting protocols.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
The WA Mining Club holds its Annual General Meeting each September.
The 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held Hyatt Regency Perth on Thursday 29th September 2016 at 12.00pm. Members and guests are welcome to attend.
