We are in the midst of an exciting phase of expansion and growth.
Investing more than US$15 billion in the next five years, our iron operations
in the Pilbara will expand to an annual capacity of 333 million tonnes. This is
an increase by more than 50 per cent on our current capacity and represents
the largest integrated mining project in Australian history.
Achieving this safely is our fundamental business value. Through programmes
focusing on contractor safety, fatigue management and developing our people
to be safety champions, we are committed to this as we grow the Pilbara.
