BEILBY CORPORATION
Beilby has offices throughout Australia
and is well equipped to provide services
in executive search targeted recruitment,
executive contracting and human
resources consulting.
Successful recruitment outcomes
depend on simple factors: understanding
the client and their brief, and providing
professional representation of their
interests; attracting the greatest number
of relevant and quality applicants;
progressing candidates through a
comprehensive screening program;
negotiating a successful appointment
and finally; managing the administrative
aspects for a smooth job start.
Beilby has a very senior experienced
group of consultants who have worked,
consulted or recruited in their industries
for many years. Their consultants
have the capability to advise Boards
and senior management on a range of
human capital’ issues, which will impact
on a company’s operational performance
and ultimately have a positive impact on
shareholder value.
With established offices across Australia
and a head office located in Perth,
the majority of Beilby’s clients are in
the resources industry. The Beilby brand
has become synonymous with a blue chip
client list and top quality candidates.
Apart from being known for
executive recruitment in the resources
sector, Beilby also has a specialist
human resources consultancy practice
which allows them to assist in all
aspects of talent management within
an organisation.

Nick Verkerk is General Manager of Beilby, where he oversees all aspects of their West Australian operations
from business development through to service delivery. Nick is also a Director on the Beilby Board.
Finding a good ‘fit’ is essential to company/employee relationships and having been with Beilby for
almost seven years, Nick says he is a case in point. “It is something we pride ourselves on achieving with
our clients – matching the dynamics, chemistry and aspirations of the client and the candidate, and hence
achieving retention and loyalty. And this is what has happened to me”, explains Nick.
Nick considers that open, honest and transparent relationships will always form the basis of good business
partnerships and quality service delivery. He is proud of leading a talented team of consultants and looks
forward to growing the company’s brand and reputation.
A member since 2008, Nick values the networking opportunities the WA Mining Club presents a business
