INTERQUIP pty ltd
Interquip’s core business is minesite
construction specialising in structural,
mechanical and piping installations.
Founded in 1996 as a mining plant and
equipment dealership, Interquip has
grown substantially and now constructs
mineral processing plants, undertakes
plant dismantling and relocation,
fabrication and fitting, equipment
refurbishment and on-site maintenance
services. The other divisions of the
business focus on the supply and storage
of process equipment for the industry
with extra services including equipment
overhaul, equipment valuation, asset
disposal, plant and equipment hire,
transport and delivery.
Interquip specialises in providing
complete solutions for its clients and
partners. The company has established
relationships with many local and
national companies in the mining
industry, and is strongly committed
to responding to its clients’ needs.
Currently operating nationally, Interquip
has the capacity for international projects
moving forward. Recently, the company
has launched its revitalised branding,
including a new look company logo
and a revamped website, and now has
a renewed focus to grow the business
substantially over the next five years.
Interquip values its employees
and contractors and their wealth of
experience. A strong team of people will
ensure the company continues to grow
as a well recognised mining construction
company, process equipment supplier
and storage facility provider throughout
Western Australia and nationally.
The company’s client base includes
junior miners, mid-tier companies
and some of the larger international
mining corporations. Recent projects
have included constructed plants for
Millennium Minerals at Golden Eagle,
Galaxy Resources at Mt Cattlin and
Kentor Gold at Burnakura.
Justin Hardy is Interquip’s founder and Managing Director. He liaises with new and existing clients to bring
in project work and oversee the company’s sustained growth and development.
Over the past 12 months, there has been a team of core staff hired to assist in driving the Interquip
business to new levels in regards to quality management, procedures and processes, and continuing to
deliver projects to clients’ satisfaction.
On a personal level, Justin has thoroughly enjoyed leading the company’s progression to date, to see it
now run multiple projects and expand into the national arena, and through this Justin reflects that personal
development is required not just from others but from everyone, at all levels, including from the top down.
Justin has been a WA Mining Club member for six years, and finds the Club a very beneficial forum
for networking with fellow industry members. Interquip has been proud to sponsor several luncheons and
Gala Ball events.
