Kristian Lennon is OAQ’s Director in WA. With 22 years’ experience in the automotive industry and
more than 13 years in the vehicle rental industry, Kristian is well placed to oversee all facets of OAQ’s
business from finance, procurement, sales, marketing, operations, asset disposal and training.
Recognising the services and products that OAQ supply to their clients may be just a small part of a
mining project, Kristian appreciates that the company can offer the assistance and expertise to make
their clients’ jobs easier when it comes to fleet rental.
Kristian believes a key driver behind business success is the level of commitment shown to clients,
and likes to view customer relations as partnerships. He is dedicated to seeing OAQ continue to provide
innovative fleet offerings to suit workplace standards within the resource industry.
Kristian’s greatest professional lessons revolve around clients and staff. “Listen, understand and
present options. Confirm abilities and expectations with all stakeholders, and organically develop and
grow with them”, he says.
A member of the WA Mining Club since 2011, Kristian plans to build OAQ’s brand amongst members, ensuring the company provides
an alternative option if and when members require light and heavy fleet rentals.
