With a dedicated and customised marketing program, Concept Marketing
took a client firm from $2.4m to $10.8m turnover in less than 12 months.
Mark da Silva is Director at Concept Marketing. He leads client strategies, and develops creative and
engaging campaigns. With Concept’s particular focus on results and maximising value to clients, Mark
ensures clients’ goals and objectives are met. “We work with quarterly metrics sheets to set goals and
targets for our clients and hold ourselves to these”, describes Mark.
Mark enjoys building strong relationships with clients. He and his team are passionate advocates for
their clients’ businesses, and achieving positive results for them through customised marketing programs
and frameworks remains one of Mark’s great passions. Too often people are wary of marketing expenditure,
but at Concept, “We are professionals who use tried and tested concepts daily. We will not tell clients to
spend money unless outcomes can be measured and justified”, says Mark.
Mark believes it wrong to settle for the status quo, but instead one should challenge and seek a better way
of doing things. As Einstein eloquently summarised, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again
and expecting a different result”.
A member of the WA Mining Club for five years, Mark finds the Club provides a great opportunity to listen to good quality speakers,
relevant topics and network with professionals also passionate about the resources industry.

is done to maximise results, and
deliver positive outcomes for clients.
