a Business Process Evolution (BPE)
division. The BPE team is responsible

Entity Solutions employs more than 80 staff, has a turnover greater than $280 million
and services over 2,500 independent contractors and hundreds of organisations.
Adrian Byrne is Entity Solutions’ Executive Director (WA, QLD & SA). In these three states he is responsible
for overseeing, growing and managing Entity Solutions’ branches, and for developing and motivating highly
competent teams. Adrian also assumes a crucial role in developing and implementing strong growth and
retention strategies for the business.
Adrian’s motto in professional life is to always give 110% and never give up. When he attended Guildford
Grammar School, the values of trust and integrity were instilled at a very early age. The company encourages
diversity and recognises strong performance, which align with Adrian’s own management beliefs.
He was appointed State Manager of WA in 2010, and was then promoted to Executive Director following
double-digit growth. Now responsible for three states and a team of 10, he is proud to lead WA as Entity
Solutions’ largest and fastest growing state.
Since 2011, Adrian has been a member of the WA Mining Club, enjoying networking and building on his
relationships within the industry. He finds Club members open, engaging and supportive of each other.
