As Managing Director at RDG, Jeff Brill is responsible for the operation of RDG (the ASX listed holding
company) and is also the link between RDG and its four subsidiaries. In essence, Jeff ensures RDG and each
of its subsidiaries achieves their respective goals, which in turn creates shareholder value.
Jeff was a founding member of Engenium 10 years ago and has been intimately involved with the
development of Engenium and its culture. Jeff reflects that this was a fantastic starting point for RDG and
its own development. Successfully listing Engenium as an RDG company, and the subsequent acquisition of
three additional subsidiaries within the first year of operation, remain some of Jeff’s career highlights to date.
Jeff believes in trusting his instincts. “Empower your team, but if something doesn’t feel right, keep looking
into it until you have satisfied yourself”, he advises.
Jeff has been a member of the WA Mining Club for two years, and thinks the networking side of the Club
is its strongest asset.
