Tim Teather is Managing Director of Spatial Solutions. He sets strategy, and ensures all operational
elements of business development, finance, HR, administration and IT are professionally managed.
Being passionate about delivering excellent service, Tim relishes understanding client requirements
and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Tim includes managing a business that inspires its staff and customers alike as one of his future goals,
and with characteristic customer focus, Tim condenses down to one word what many of us require a
small book to describe when considering what our biggest lesson in working life has been so far; “deliver”
is Tim’s incisive description.
Tim’s career highlight to date has been as a member of a leadership team that delivered the UK’s largest
outsource deal at that time and successfully transitioning to the new service. This involved moving
2,500
staff to a new organisation which became the second largest business in its marketplace.
Tim has been a member of the WA Mining Club since 2009, and enjoys learning about the industry
through the guest speaker presentations and people he has the opportunity to meet.
