Tony Robins is a Director of Torishima Australia. As such, Tony’s role is to identify and increase Toshima’s
brand and market share of the pumping business in WA’s resource sector.
Tony has a comprehensive understanding of WA’s mining market and process engineering, as well as a
strong network of contacts from working for 35 years in the pumping industry. This, together with his passion
for the Torishima’s wide range of products, makes for a good fit between Tony and the company he directs.
Tony places a great deal of importance on inspiring people to achieve and be committed to a corporate vision.
As Tony says, “People leave managers, not companies”.
Tony has been a member of the WA Mining Club for approximately six years, with two organisations.
He values the opportunity to maintain his network of industry contacts, and says his attendance at the
various Club lunches and events “makes networking a dream”.
